HBA Installs New Little Free Library in Partnership with Harris County Commissioner’s Office

In November, the HBA had the pleasure of donating and installing a Little Free Library at the Glazier Senior Education Center. Residents are invited to stop by, take a book, or leave one to help promote accessible learning opportunities for all.
Thank you to the Office of Commissioner Lesley Briones, Harris County Precinct 4, for helping make this installation possible.
HBA Fall Day of Service - Thank You!
THANK YOU to all of the HBA members, committee members, partnership organizations, and volunteers for your outstanding service to make the HBA Days of Service a remarkable success! Thanks to the incredible support of nearly 300 volunteers and our partner organizations, the HBA served 14,000+ community members in 2 days!
The HBA Lawyers for Literacy Committee partnered with Books Between Kids to sort children’s book donations to be distributed to partner schools for students to take home books of their own.
The committee also installed 4 new Little Free Libraries in greater Houston and restocked 10 with new books.
