Fee Dispute Program
The HBA Fee Dispute Program sets up panels of attorneys and lay persons that will arbitrate disputes involving legal fees at no cost. Disputes between attorneys and clients, and between attorneys and attorneys, are eligible.

File Grievance Against an Attorney
Regional Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel
File a grievance against attorneys who violate the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct such as engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or practicing law when the lawyer is on inactive status or has been suspended, etc.

NAACP - Legal Redress Program
File a report regarding discrimination including against the police. The Legal Redress Committee investigates all cases reported to the NAACP Houston Branch, supervise all litigation in which the Branch is involved, and keeps the National NAACP and Branch informed on the progress of every case.
