CDC Eviction Moratorium Representation Kit
Texas Legal Services Center has just updated the TexasLawHelp website to include new materials in response to the CDC’s moratorium on evictions. The kit contains a stand-alone declaration form and cover letter to send to the landlord, should the tenant meet all the eligibility criteria.
