The speech along with the paper will start with the basic, rule-specific issues with findings of fact and conclusions of law, including deadlines and strategy considerations. The topic then expands to discuss frequently-occurring problems with findings and conclusions as well as suggested ways to address them. Finally, the speech will cover appellate issues relating to findings of fact and conclusions of law.
