The HBA is excited to announce that it is seeking a dynamic and data-driven leader to be its first Deputy Executive Director - Membership Services.

Reporting to the HBA Executive Director and the HBA Board of Directors, the Deputy Executive Director - Membership Services will function as a strategic, senior level membership expert to lead the HBA’s integrated membership marketing plan throughout the organization and foster a culture that our membership is the foundation of our vital organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the mission of the HBA and how each of the HBA activities support that mission, as well as a creative vision for how to attract, engage, retain and serve HBA members.
